• We have a long standing history and background in the medical equipment field.  Our history goes back for many years, renowned as one of the earliest companies dealing with medical equipment and innovations in Lebanon.   It was founded by Mr Edgar Khayat in 1948 and sustained its success by his successor Mr George Khayat, who established KHAYAT MEDICAL in 1980 and KHAYAT MED emerged in 2008 as a sister company.

• We have undergone many changes and overcame many obstacles. We went through the many crisis of Lebanon, without affecting our performance, honoring all our responsibilities and obligations toward our clients.  But we were able to maintain our innovative products for Health care professional, covering 162 hospitals in Lebanon.

• We target four markets in the healthcare segment:

1. University Medical Centers and hospitals: providing equipment with service support for Operating Rooms, Radiology Equipment, Adult and Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Ward Medical equipment, Diagnostic & outpatient department.
   
   
2. Home Care equipment: Providing needed equipment and support for the patient care at home, oxygen therapy and Sleep Apnea therapy.
   
   
3. One day surgery, Doctor Clinics and Healthcare Professionals: Installing medical and diagnostic equipment and instruments working with Cardiologists, pulmonologists, neurologists, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, surgeons.
   
   
4. Medical Gases installations, Central Oxygen Generators and Pneumatic Post Systems.
   
   

Main Projects performed: a total of 15 turnkey hospital projects executed and being maintained until date.

Financial overview: we have a yearly turnover of USD 3-5 Million USD, depending on the stability situation in the country.
